There are two (2) or three (3) unscheduled holidays for ten-month Librarians, Counselors, Coordinators, Professional Assistants and Specialists, depending on when the employee’s work year concludes. Please review the chart below to determine your accruals for the year.

The following is a summary of the 2023 - 2024 "N" and "U" days for 10-month employees:

Work year ending (for 10- month employees only):          Prior to June 20              After June 20

• Counselors and Librarians                                           36 + 2 = 38 N days         36 + 1 = 37 N days
• Ten‑month Coordinators (lab)                                      42 + 2 = 44 N days         42 + 1 = 43 N days
• Ten‑month Professional Assistants & Specialists           9 + 2 = 11 U days*         9 + 1 =  10 U days

There are two (2) unscheduled holidays for twelve-month Faculty. The unscheduled holidays will be added to N or U days which can be used for religious observances.

• Twelve‑month coordinators (instructional)                    7 + 1 = 8 U days 
• Twelve‑month counselors                                             35 + 1 = 36 N days
• Twelve‑month Professional Assistants & Specialists       7 + 1 = 8 U days
