The County of Suffolk has not finalized a draft of the FA contract since the 2001-2005 contract. As a result, the 2001-2005 contract is the only contract document that contains all of the provisions of the FA collective bargaining agreement with the County of Suffolk and the College. Since 2005, two other contracts have been negotiated: one from 2005-2011 and one from 2011-2015. The stipulations for those agreements are included in this webpage below. These stipulations contain only the changes to the 2001-2005 contract. The current salary schedule can be found in the 2011-2015 stipulation.
Health Benefits are negotiated separately between all the Suffolk County municipal unions, of which the FA is one, and the County of Suffolk. The terms and conditions of the health benefits for the Employee Medical Health Plan of Suffolk County (EMHP) are contained in the MOA Health Insurance Benefits' document below.
