After three days of screening candidates for the Suffolk County Legislature, the FA political action committee, which consists of the six officers plus Nick Giordano and Bruce Seger, presented the following legislative endorsements to the FA Executive Council and they were approved.

We hope that you will consider these endorsements when you vote in these races, as we base our decisions on each candidate's established or stated (if they haven't previously held elected office) record on supporting labor, education, the FA contract and the SCCC budget.

Please note that in all of the above endorsements, with the exceptions of Districts 10 and 18, the endorsed candidate is an incumbent, which means that we were able to base our endorsement on those legislators' previous support for our contract, for the college budget and for education and labor issues in general.
