Survey results by campus and teaching modality preferences
Cynthia Eaton

  SCCC three campuses

As noted in the article with our initial analysis on our fall 2021 survey results, we are grateful to our membership for their rapid response to our call for feedback. We distributed the survey on Monday, February 22, and by Friday, February 26, at 9 a.m., we had 640 responses from our members.

We know everyone is especially busy at this time, so your attention to this survey is greatly appreciated.

We also know that you are concerned about the fall semester and curious about the survey results, so as soon as we have more results ready to share, we will continue to share them here.

After analyzing with a focus on the overall results from both our adjunct and full-time colleagues, below we share the results based on campus breakdown, which are inclusive of all members who selected each of our campuses (Ammerman, Eastern, Grant) or locations (downtown Riverhead, Sayville) as a place at which they work. This includes a good number of our adjunct colleagues, of course, as well as a number of full-time faculty who report to multiple campuses.

This is how many respondents selected each campus:

  • Ammmerman — 387
  • Eastern — 110
  • Grant — 219
  • Riverhead — 10
  • Sayville — 16

Some notes about items that stand out to us are in the bullet points below the data.
