Below is a copy of the question set for our Fall 2021 Faculty Survey that we conducted during the last week of February.

We received a 47% response rate and the results that we have calculated at this point are available in "Faculty speak out about fall 2021 preferences" as well as in "Survey results by campus and teaching modality preferences."

We are surveying our membership to assess what conditions will make you feel comfortable about returning to teach or work on campus in fall 2021.

Discussions about a variety of class modalities—on campus, online, and a variety of hybrid options—are currently taking place. Your feedback on this survey will help us advise administration on our members' comfort level regarding these and other factors. Email addresses are taken to avoid duplicate entries; identifying info will be removed from data analysis.

Because the fall schedule needs to be put together very soon, SURVEYS ARE DUE FRIDAY, 2/26, AT 9:00 AM.
