  • February faculty development workshops: The FA contract includes a provision by which full-time faculty can apply for professional development funding above and beyond the contractual conference attendance funding. Every February we share advice with our members on how to write the best application possible; be sure to attend the one on your campus if you can (all held during common hour):
  • February 7 at Ammerman (Old Field Room)
  • February 14 at Grant (Captree 104)
  • February 21 at Eastern (Corchaug 18)

Adjunct faculty have their own professional development funding set aside exclusively for them; full-time faculty cannot access the adjunct funding at all. Learn more about that program by contacting our adjunct coordinator, Kevin McCoy, and access the application and reimbursement forms on the college website.
