Making priority registration a priority for all
Christopher Adams, VP of Student Affairs

priority registration

The FA and college request your support in sharing information on priority registration with your students.

Please encourage your students to meet with an advisor now and to register during the time frame that is especially designed for them! Taking advantage of their priority status will help ensure that they are not closed out of the courses they need and deserve.

In addition, priority registration enhances our ability to fill seats early, plan more efficiently and produce a master schedule that serves the college’s needs.

A communication plan has been set in place, which will include electronic contacts as well as flyers and banners, which will be visible in every building throughout the three campuses.

Priority registration for the Spring 2014 term begins on November 3.

Students may visit an Academic Advising and Mentoring Center, faculty member or counseling center now for advisement. Students can see their assigned registration dates and additional instructions in MySCCC.

* Priority registration has become even better! Students who register and pay (or join the tuition payment plan) by November 11 can enter to win Nexus tablet or $100 gift card courtesy of Follett Bookstores!
