The County of Suffolk has not finalized a draft of the FA contract since the 2001-05 contract. As a result, the 2001-05 contract is the only contract document that contains all of the provisions of the FA collective bargaining agreement with the County of Suffolk and Suffolk County Community College. |

In the event of your death from any cause, at a time when you are eligible for benefits, your designated beneficiary will receive $20,000. This benefit is underwritten by a life insurance company.
