Affordable Housing Fund Raffle

In Fall 2007, the FA Community Outreach Committee Raffle raised more than $6,000.00 to benefit Habitat for Humanity. Special thanks to Dan Linker, Louise Johnston, and Toni-Anne Nhotsoubanh for all their hard work on this project.

Special thanks also to the Home Depot, who donated all the prizes for the raffle, and, of course, to everyone who bought a ticket! The winners of our Fall 2007 Raffle include these lucky individuals:

  • Grand Prize—Rita Brasen—Magnavox 42” HD Flat Panel LCD TV
  • 1st Prize—Ingke Linker—$300 The Home Depot Gift Card
  • 2nd Prize—John Burgess—$200 The Home Depot Gift Card
  • 3rd Prize—Anita Greifenstein—$100 The Home Depot Gift Card
  • 4th Prize—Bob Sardegna—$25 The Home Depot Gift Card.

Thanks to you, the Fund continues to surpass its goals. In academic year 2006-2007, the Fund was used to sponsor not one but two Days of Building with the Suffolk County Habitat for Humanity organization.
